Believers Community

A place for fun and fellowship for all Message Believers.

Hello brothers and sisters!

This morning, as I sat down to work again in front of my laptop, there is a song that I want to hear so that I would be inspired again to face the whole day.

I opened Windows Media Player, then I remembered the song "Through It All". This is one of my favorite songs that truly inspire me and so I keep on trusting the Lord, thanking Him for all the storms that He's brought me through. Through it all, I've learned to trust in Jesus and depend upon His Word.

I will never ever forget this song "Through it All", sang by Selah in their Album - Hiding Place.

Another song is "He looked beyond my fault" by Dottie Rambo.

How about you? what's your favorite song and why?

=)

HOla EVeRyoNE (",)!!!

I love that song too.." through it all " it reminds me of many things God has given in my life.
" i promise " by Jaci V. is very wonderful (you have to listen closely to this song) esp. when you feel alone it really heals!
" Miracle " by La fontaine's really anointing, message itself placed in every lines and verses..(actually i can say all La fontaine's songs) not because they are our brethrens its because God is working on their music ministry.
" At thy Word " by Bro. Marrion (a song of life's reality, it shows God's power on how to change your life, and How God combats you in every worst situation)
" Dili dire ang Duog ko " means this is not my place, i love this song very much..when my mom still alive she always asked my sis to sang this song for her, while they were staying at I.C.U kindda sad ang gloomy coz i was just 9 years old that time but no worries at all she knew exactly her place...

God blesses us all!!

Hi brothers and sisters!

This is an interesting topic, but honestly, there are so many songs I could pick because they are all good, but I have to reduce it to one, so it makes the choice even more harder. Well, I like the old-time songs, nothing against the new songs but to me, there is something special about the old songs. Some I like are : There Is A River from Greater Vision, Down From His Glory, Amazing Grace, The Haven of Rest, I Love You Written In Red, and many more. The one I will never get tired of listening to it is "He Loves Me" from The Cathedral Quartet. It's a simple song but the lyrics speak so much you can't help but to have tears in our eyes. I guess this is it. Lord bless you all!

Yeah, i agree that there is something special about the old songs. Simple melody but powerful words of hymns.

hmm.. haven't heard the song "I Love You Written in Red"...who's the artist? It's interesting.

It says it was written by Dottie Rambo...I heard it by the Faith Tabernacle Choir in Byron Georgia in the Labor Day Convention. It was the first time and I liked the song. Here are the lyrics:

In letters of crimson
God wrote His Love
On a hillside so long long ago
For you and for me Jesus died
And love’s greatest story was told.

I love you, I love you
That’s what Calvary said.
I love you, I love you
I love you, written in red.

Down through the ages
God wrote his love
With the same hands that suffered and bled
Giving all He had to give
The message so easily read

I love you, I love you
That’s what Calvary said.
I love you, I love you
I love you, written in red.

I love you, I love you
That’s what Calvary said.
I love you, I love you
I love you, written in red.

I love you, written in red.
