I've been so busy with work that I was not able to write anything for a couple of months already. But now my heart is filled with overflowing gratefulness to God that I can't help but to set aside a time now to just express my gratitude towards Him who saved me.
The years are flying so fast but I am grateful that my love for Jesus has grown sweeter through the years. It's not because of my strength, or because of anything that I am able to do, but because of His sustaining grace.
I am thankful to the Lord, because after all the struggles we've gone through last year - we have grown stronger in faith and have grown more compassionate to those who err along the way. We've been there a lot of times, we've stumbled, fall, became weak, weary and even confused. But through it all, the Lord has made a way to help us and we remain standing by grace and grace alone.
I am grateful for new converts in our church, for the many open doors for bible study where God's word can be freely preached. It's amazing how it can build and inspire the church of God to work even more for His kingdom.
I am grateful for the workers in our church, for Bro. Bong, Bro. Vic, Bro. Dante, Bro. Wandy, Bro. Renz, Bro. Jeremiah and many other bretherens who gave their lives to the Lord, for their great works and for all their contributions of love. I am truly inspired by their life and I will always be grateful to the Lord for giving them to us as part of our family and everyone else in our church.
I am grateful for all the work, projects, clients that come my way. It can only be God, no doubt who enrich the work he's given me to help with our finances.
I am also thankful for all those who have started to work for me in my small business. They are God's gift and fellow workers and it is my desire to help others too, to have a livelihood that will give them the freedom to serve the Lord and still be able to support their family.
I am thankful for my children, who are the apple of our eyes. I am thankful for their laughter, for their noise, for their all their clutter - for it makes our family alive and happy. I thank the Lord for His grace and healing in times of sickness and for His faithful promises that he showers us everyday.
I thank the Lord for my loving husband because of his love towards me. For his kindness, understanding, patience and more. I thank God for His sustaining grace for my husband and the ministry, for the new inspiration that has welled up in him.
I thank the Lord for the Sisters in our church, who has faithfully loved me in spite of my weaknesses and mistakes. I thank the Lord for their correction and helping me to see what I need to develop more and I truly cherish them more. I thank God for the love that He has bound us with.
I can go on and on and on and my list will not stop. I know that everyone of us are thankful for the many wonderful things that the Lord has been doing in our lives. I hope that after reading this post, you'd be inspired to remember the many things of God's work in your life as well and that inspiration may lead you to become ever more grateful as we count the years in our serving the most wonderful Saviour, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Be Blessed.
